A message from the President,

I’m proud of the tremendous progress our RPA team has achieved, and it’s exciting to see members across Wisconsin benefiting from this work. Our name change has allowed us to better include small and medium‑sized investors, whether you own single‑family rentals, duplexes, apartment buildings, manage properties, or provide services to housing providers.

We continue expanding our offerings through events, workshops, and our growing RPA‑CON, as well as our Bootcamp seminars, which deliver practical and legal guidance to help you run your operations effectively. These programs reflect our commitment to being the statewide platform where investors, property managers, and service providers can learn, connect, and collaborate to grow their businesses.

We’re asking all members to help strengthen our community by inviting fellow investors, property management companies, and housing providers to join the largest association of its kind in Wisconsin. A larger membership not only deepens our network but also strengthens our voice as we pursue important legislative goals at both the state and local levels.
