Advocacy in Action

RPA’s advocacy work is one of the most important ways we support Wisconsin rental property owners and housing providers. Our attorneys and advocacy team monitor proposed legislation and local ordinances, engage with policymakers, and communicate RPA’s position on issues that may impact our members and the rental housing industry.

Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but your membership gives RPA a voice at the table when important decisions are being made.

Below are examples of recent advocacy efforts undertaken on behalf of RPA members. We’re sharing these updates to provide greater transparency into the work your membership helps make possible and to keep you informed about issues affecting rental housing in Wisconsin.
