Dave is from the Madison area and has been a Realtor with First Weber for 30 years, as well as a real estate investor since 2010. He represents the small, self-managing investor, owning just 10 units comprised of duplexes, a single-family home, and a recreational property. He is currently seeking opportunities to grow his portfolio through both traditional and creative deals, and to learn more about the STR and MTR space.

He says that joining the RPA five years ago was the best decision for his business and proudly attended four consecutive Landlord Bootcamps.

Dave is thrilled to serve on the Board of Directors, and some of his goals include advocating for our causes, recruiting more members, and expanding educational opportunities—particularly for small landlords.
