Eileen Robarge

Eileen Robarge is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Wisconsin Lakefront Property Management LLC (WLPM), a multifamily real estate development and property management firm operating more than 350 residential rental units throughout Wisconsin, with an additional 500+ units planned for development over the next five years. One of the few female multifamily developers in the state, Eileen is actively involved in all phases of construction and development, working directly on-site with local trade partners, contractors, and vendors. Her developments emphasize a “Sheboygan First” philosophy in partnership with the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, prioritizing local workforce engagement and community investment.

Eileen’s leadership and impact on housing development have earned significant recognition, including the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 MVP of the Team Award for Ashford Place, along with nominations for Professional Service Business of the Year (2024) and MVP of the Team (2025). Her work has been featured in Let’s Talk Success Magazine, WTMJ Television, and recognized through nominations from the National Association of Home Builders and CoStar. A long-time member and frequent speaker with the Rental Property Association of Wisconsin, Eileen also brings extensive civic and nonprofit board experience, including service with the Inner-City Development Program, Interfaith Shelter Network, and El Nido. She is a founding member of the Alpha Omega Epsilon engineering sorority and has previously served in elected public office.
