Marcus has 15 years of experience as a buy & hold investor primarily with single family homes in the suburbs, did a lot of rehabs and some new construction, land development, and property management. He was a top 1% agent in Milwaukee (2022) with his team OnPoint Realty and host of a YouTube Channel about Milwaukee Real Estate and Economy. Marcus is a mechanical engineer by trade, worked as a corporate executive for almost 20 years before turning real estate from a hobby to a profession.
